We are pleased to offer convenient online payment of your property taxes. Our website also provides access to the public information that can be obtained through our office. This site will also feature information on the latest legislative issues affecting this office and the regulations of the Georgia Department of Revenue, under which we operate. Annual property tax bills are mailed out on or around October 20th each year. Property taxes are due and to be paid by December 20th of the same year. Property taxes are billed to the owner of record as of January 1st, unless otherwise requested. If property is acquired during the calendar year, the new owner should request a duplicate bill. If you do not receive a tax bill for all property owned, please contact the tax office immediately. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve a taxpayer of the responsibility to meet the due date.
